Okay so I thought I would write a post about a little something I did for the first time last night......
WENT CLUBBING!

Anyway!
So one of my best and oldest friends and I both turned 18 a month and a bit ago and we had yet to go clubbing so last night we decided it was time to hit the town!
We went to a club called HQ and danced and danced until we thought our feet were actually going to fall off, then we got into a taxi and went home to crash.
It was a really fun night, and even though it probably could have been more fun with more then just two people (not many of our friends are 18 yet) I'm really glad I got to experience town for the first time with her, I've known her since I was four and we've been through a lot together.

First Post
Okay so I made this blog in anticipation for a trip I'm hoping/planning on taking next year, I (hopefully) will be moving to England for a year after I finish high school.
My mother was born in England and her and my grandparents come out to Australia when she was four, so I can apply for an ancestry visa which means I would be able to live and work in England for up to five years, which is pretty freaking awesome.
Now obviously the idea for a blog is to mainly have a place to catalog my adventures and experiences whilst over-seas and of course so my friends and family and keep up with my experiences as well.
I've made the blog now, to be honest, because I thought of it and then just had some free time to set it up, (free time is rare when you're doing year 12, trust me.
But now that I have a nice shiny new blog, I might occasionally document some fun times I've had or whatever, I say that now, but realistically I'll most probably completely forget I even have a blog, but one day when I remember and look up my blog and see this post I can laugh at my own predictability.
But until whatever time I actually use this blog, for anyone who has happened to stumble upon it (what the hell were you looking up?!?!), Hi I'm Ashleigh and this is my life.
